FAQs

What do you need? If you are a new client we would like your last 2 years of tax returns for review and comparison as well as your current year's documents. This includes but may not be limited to: W2s, 1099s, interest income statements, dividend statements, profit and loss statement for your business, student loan interest, mortgage interest, property tax statement, charitable contributions, etc. We also request your driver's license information.

How do you want me to get my documents to you? You get to decide. We prepare hundreds of returns every year. You have one. As long as we receive your documents and you respond to our correspondences so we can finalize your return you can mail, drop off, upload to the client portal, or schedule an appointment.

What do I do if I receive a letter from the IRS? Call, email, or text Susan to let her know. That's why she's here.
